Occasionally, some FSCU members face financial difficulty. We understand life can take unexpected turns but whatever the circumstances, FSCU is committed to assisting and supporting any members who face financial difficulty.

If you are concerned about your ability to meet your FSCU loan repayments please contact us as soon as possible.

What we will do

We will take the time to understand your situation. We’ll ask you for information on your financial position and carefully consider how we might be able to help you get back on track.

We can then work cooperatively to resolve any problems meeting financial commitments.
