Features and Benefits

Withdrawing Cash
To withdraw cash, insert your card into the cash machine and follow the instructions on the screen. You will often be able to see the instructions in the language of your choice. Enter your PIN and the amount you want to withdraw in local currency. Your cash will be dispensed in the currency of the country you are in.

So Easy To Budget
Unlike credit or debit cards, you can't overspend with Cash Passport™, so there will be no surprise bills when you get home. The amount of each withdrawal is deducted instantly from the card balance. Transaction history and the current balance of the card can be viewed on "My Account" at www.cashpassportcard.com or by telephone. (The number can be found on the reverse of the card).

Additional Cards
You will receive two cards that access the same pool of funds, which is especially useful in the event that your first card is lost or stolen. You should contact Cash Passport to cancel the lost or stolen card, but you can use the second card and carry on with your trip without any inconvenience.As each card has its own PIN, the funds can still be accessed this way, even if the first card is reported lost and is cancelled.

Re-loadable
You can keep your card for your next trip, by simply loading more funds onto it. If you require a refund of the balance, you can go to a cash machine or return to the branch where you bought the Cash Passport™ and they will refund the balance (there may be a charge made by the branch).

Global Emergency Assistance
Many Cash Passport™ cards come with free Global Emergency Assistance protection. This is an emergency service available day or night, designed to make sure your trip isn't ruined by any unforeseen events.
