Use Your Account Number or PayID®
To send or receive payments, you’ll need to use a BSB together with your Account Number (not your Member Number) or your PayID. Payments made to a Member Number are no longer accepted.
If you’ve previously provided your Member Number for payments, you’ll need to update anyone who pays you so they now use your Account Number with a BSB or your PayID.
Your Member Number
Your Member Number is still required to log in to Internet Banking, or when speaking with us in branch or over the phone. However, for all payments, remember to use your Account Number or PayID.

What is a PayID? Coming soon
PayID makes payments faster and easier. It lets you link your BSB and Account Number to your mobile number or email address. This means you can simply share your mobile number or email when someone wants to pay you, instead of giving them your BSB and Account Number. One advantage of paying via PayID is that you’ll see the PayID name before confirming the payment, so you know exactly who you’re paying. You can set up your PayID today through Internet Banking or the Mobile Banking App.
PayID is a registered trademark of NPP Australia Limited.
