Card Activation and PIN Change

In just a few short steps you can now activate AND create/change your PIN online via the Internet Banking.

If you have ordered a new card

  • Log into your Internet Banking (Not the Mobile App)
  • Select the ‘Services’ tab from the top of the screen
  • Then ‘Card Management’ from the drop down menu
  • Select Activate and enter expiry date
  • Once done simply hit Change PIN and select your very own personalised PIN!

Have you forgotten your PIN or want to change your PIN on your existing card

  • Log into your Internet Banking (Not the Mobile App)
  • Select the ‘Services’ tab from the top of the screen
  • Then ‘Card Management’ from the drop down menu
  • Simply hit Change PIN

 

Can’t get into your Internet Banking?

That’s easy too!

Simply head to the login page, click on Reset it Online and follow the prompts!
