Card Activation and PIN Change

In just a few short steps you can now activate AND create/change your PIN online via the Internet Banking or the Mobile App!

Internet Banking

If you have ordered a new card

  • Log into your Internet Banking
  • Select the ‘Services’ tab from the top of the screen
  • Then ‘Card Management’ from the drop down menu
  • Select Activate and enter expiry date
  • Once done simply hit Change PIN and select your very own personalised PIN!

If you want to update your PIN on your existing card

  • Log into your Internet Banking
  • Select the ‘Services’ tab from the top of the screen
  • Then ‘Card Management’ from the drop down menu
  • Simply hit Change PIN

 

Mobile App

If you have ordered a new card

  • Log into your Mobile App
  • Tap the three line icon in the top left corner of the screen
  • Scroll down to ‘Card Management’ from the menu
  • Tap on the card
  • Select Activate and enter expiry date
  • Once done simply hit Change PIN and select your very own personalised PIN!

If you want to update your PIN on your existing card

  • Log into your Mobile App
  • Tap the three line icon in the top left corner of the screen
  • Scroll down to ‘Card Management’ from the menu
  • Tap on the card
  • Simply hit Change PIN

 

Can't get into your Mobile App?

Click on 'Forgotten App PIN'

Deregister your device and start again!

 

Can’t get into your Internet Banking?

That’s easy too!

Simply head to the login page, click on Reset it Online and follow the prompts!
