Lost or Stolen Card

Have you lost your card or potentially had it stolen?

Follow these simple steps to report your card lost or stolen online.

  • Login to your Internet Banking (not the Mobile App)
  • Select the ‘Services’ tab across the top
  • And then ‘Card Management’ from the drop down box
  • Select from either Lost or Stolen and follow the onscreen instructions to cancel your card.

Need a replacement card?

  • Call us on 08 8227 2222 during office hours to request a replacement card or;
  • Send us a Secure Mail message in your Internet Banking with your request of your replacement card. You will find your ‘Inbox’ for Secure Mail on the ‘Accounts’ page in Internet Banking.
