If you find you’re having issues with your Cash Passport while you’re travelling call us during office hours on 08 8227 2222 or send a secure email via the Mobile App or Internet Banking.
We will do as much as we can to get everything working the way you need it too.
If you are having issues outside of our office hours you can ring Cash Passport directly using the number on the back of your Cash Passport Card.
